The living house is located on the highest part of the finca, on a hill that offers views as far as 40 km to the West towards Coin and Marbella, to the South towards the sea and Fuengirola and to the East towards the Mijas mountain chain. On the Western side the garden is terraced, with many fruit trees and possibility to let the horses graze there. It is an extraordinary location, giving you the opportunity to enjoy the massive diversity of colours during the magnificent sunsets you will see from here.

On the East of the property, a bit further down, orientated to the South and with sea views as well, you find the riding facilities, 6 stables, a tack room, toilet and chicken stable surround the 600 m2 fenced in riding ring (picadero), filled with river sand and located next to trees that provide shady areas. Furthermore, there is a barn/storage building for hay or further animals. There are two more stables for horses attached to it, thus offering 8 stables in total. To the East of this area the finca has more area for horses to graze and walk freely around.

The whole finca offers many fruit trees, such as mango, lemon, orange, apple, plum, medlar (nispero), mandarin, in addition to acacia, jacaranda and 16 brachy chiton trees around the riding area, oleander, Washington palm tree, 100 aloe vera and further types of bushes and plants.
The house has a new 3 chamber sewage system (2019) that cleans the waste waters ecologically and leads it into a 16.000 l deposit to water the garden witth and it also stores the rain water coming from the house. Another 26.000 l water deposit is regularly filled with communal well water and supplies the property with water.

In 2018 new UPVC windows in oak wood colour have been installed, with multiple chamber isolated glazing and special treatment to reflect the sun. In the same year a new steal fire burner has been installed in the kitchen-dining area. The built in and closed fireplace in the lounge also heats very well. The whole living area of the house was interiorly painted with bio colour. The electric installation of the basement/garage area was updated, including several heavy current plugs. It is currently used as a workshop, yet could be converted into further living accommodation, as it is located above soil level and has two big windows to the front.


La Cala de Mijas, a very beautiful, typical Andalusian fisher village with one of the best beaches of the area is located only 12 minutes´ drive from the finca. It also offers a wide range of international and national supermarket, restaurants, bars, pharmacy and many other facilities.
Fuengirola town you can reach in 17 minutes, going over La Cala, or 20 minutes passing by Mijas Golf.
Málaga airport is only 30 minutes´ drive and into the old town approximately 40 minutes, where you can enjoy a wealth of cultural and touristic attractions. Its old town is not to be missed.
The German School in La Mairena is only 12 minutes´ drive away, as there is an inland connection between Entrerrios and La Mairena, passing through La Cala Golf Resort.
The nearest English School (St. Anthony College) is only 10 minutes´ drive.
