In this apartment you live right on the outskirts of in the center of Torrevieja right at the beautiful and nice Parque de Naciones that's the park of the Nations. The house is genuinely nice and has a pool that is sheltered in the middle of the house. You also have access to the giant roof terrace if you want to sunbathe, hang laundry or just have a glass of sangria with a fantastic view.

This cozy apartment has two bedrooms. One with a double bed and plenty of closets and storage space. The second with a single bed and a pull-out bed and wardrobes. Bathroom with a very spacious shower. The living room is located with an open floor plan with dining room and kitchen. Here you will find a dining table, sofa and display cabinet. The balcony is facing southwest as much sun comes in and makes the apartment very bright. The balcony is also glazed so you can use it all year round.
